Our terms and conditions
comply with UK legislation and are designed to ensure that customers can shop with
confidence and care. Please read these conditions carefully before using this website.
By using the website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.
These terms and conditions apply only to web-site sales; different policies apply
in-store.
Security - Online payment To prevent or detect fraud, or to assist in
verifying your identity we may make searches about you at credit reference agencies
who will supply us with information, including information from the Electoral Register,
for the purpose of verifying your identity. The agencies will record details of
the search whether or not this application proceeds.
The searches will not be seen
or used by lenders to assess your ability to obtain credit. By placing an order
on this site you have given your consent for personal information to be used in
accordance with this Privacy Notice and as permitted by the UK's Data Protection
Act.
Pricing and Availability Prices advertised on our Website are generally slightly
lower than store prices. This is mainly due to the reduced cost involved processing
online orders. There may also be specific offers and discounts advertised online
that apply to online purchases only. All prices are in £ sterling (GBP) inclusive
of VAT and exclusive of delivery. They will be shown on check out after you have
confirmed your shipping details. You may pay by any major credit card or debit card.
Credit and debit cards are only charged when we dispatch your order. If all the
items you ordered are in stock we will normally ship your order within 3 working
days.
All efforts are made to fulfil orders within 14 working days, however additional
and unavoidable delays may occur subject to product availability. Prices, offers
and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we
accept payment for your order. Errors & omissions excepted. Returns Policy We want
you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you
may want to return items.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase,
you can cancel your purchase at any time within 7 days of the date you received
the item by: Returning the product to us in person or by sending it to us. (You
must include your receipt with the item) Please package the relevant items securely
and send it so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the
date that the item was delivered to you.
For your protection, we recommend that
you use a recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for
the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error,
or if the item is damaged or defective.

we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. Your
product must be complete, unused and in "as new" condition (e.g. if you have opened
the box to examine the product you must have done it without marking the product
in anyway).
It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.
Pre-recorded videotapes and DVDs must be sealed. Any free gifts received with the
product must be returned. All microphones, any in-ear earphones, or in-ear monitors,
and any other items that touch your mouth, your nose, or inner ear cannot be returned
once opened due to health laws. Special order goods ordered to your specification
cannot be returned. Photographs, Pictures and Images All photography, pictures and
images of all products and similar items on the site are for illustrative purposes
only unless otherwise expressly noted.
Return of faulty goods - the following are
guidelines Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances. Most
goods (except consumables like sticks, heads and strings) are guaranteed by the
makers against faulty materials or workmanship for twelve months. Some products
are guaranteed for longer. While it is at the manufacturer's discretion, we will
act as their agents to seek a repair or replacement. We will always offer you the
choice of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 14 days of delivery.
